BENT BARLEY BREWING
New to the Aurora brew scene, Bent Barley Brewing Company released a seasonal Barleywine that’s on tap in Southlands. This ramped up ale is coined for its rich, malty flavor and a hint of bitterness. Enjoy this seasonal beer as is or go nitro for something a little different. Classic flights are available for getting a little bit of everything.
PEAK TO PEAK TAP & BREW
Whether you’re looking for a bite to eat or plan on having a few flights of beer, Peak to Peak Tap & Brew the place to visit. Their seasonal Dry Irish Stout is a must-try this winter. This beer is filled with the roasted flavor you’ve come to expect combined with a clean, dry aftertaste. You can also give the Nitro version a taste! Visit their new Colfax taproom or their flagship Iliff location to enjoy.
CHELUNA BREWING COMPANY
Situated inside Stanley Marketplace, the Coco-Xoco American Porter from Cheluna Brewing Company is a seasonal brew with a kick of coconut flavor. Coined as medium-bodied, this beer is infused with cacao, vanilla, and topped off with toasted coconut to bring out a new flavor. Grab it on tap and grab a bite to eat anywhere inside Stanley.
LAUNCH PAD BREWERY
Blast over to an Aurora-classic brewery for a Gravity is Magic Milkshake IPA. Launch Pad Brewery whipped up this seasonal brew complete with infused flavors from vanilla beans, mangoes, and pineapple. Combine that with lactose for a milky taste, and you’ve got a fantastic winter beer ready for tasting. Visit their taproom to give it a try.
If you’re near the Anschutz Medical Campus, stop in for a sweet seasonal beer from Ursula Brewery. The Scary Stories Baltic Porter combines infused flavors from marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla beans, and graham crackers to create a distinct s’mores goodness. If you’re out and about, you can also pick up this newly released beer in bottles.
