Contest: Traffic Light Boxes
Submit your art to be featured as a part of Colfax Canvas! The contest closes on September 1st! Calling local artists! Colfax Canvas is a collaborative mural festival defining the borders of the Aurora Arts District through art that uplifts, beautifies, and represents our communities. Leading up to their neighborhood block party on September 14th, Colfax Canvas is looking to feature local art on two traffic light boxes at the intersection of Elmira and Emporia Street. The winner will have their art featured and will receive a $600 stipend. Submit your proposed art today as an attachment in the form below!

Criteria For Selection
A panel of judges will select art based on key criteria, including:
- Value to the community
- Clear presentation
- Artistic/educational merit & integrity
- Social significance or regional interest
- Resume
- Accurate Information for each piece
- Suitability of subject matter & physical presentation
