Spring has sprung in Aurora, Colorado! We’re getting geared up for warmer days, beautiful blossoms, and scenic mountain views.

1. Saddle Rock Golf Course

Spring days are perfect for hitting the links. Saddle Rock Golf Course utilizes Colorado’s natural landscape to its advantage as golfers enjoy a rewarding challenge at this 18-hole course. The former location of the Colorado Open, Saddle Rock is enjoyed by metro residents and visitors alike. After a round, enjoy dinner or drinks at the Saddle Rock Grill.

2. Sweet-Cow Ice Cream

Satisfy your sweet tooth with an afternoon at Sweet Cow Ice Cream. Located inside Stanley Marketplace, this kid-loving ice cream shop is perfect for enjoying the warmer temperatures. 3. Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge

Discover Aurora’s season of wildlife growth at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Here, native animals roam over miles of untouched plains. With more than 15,000-acres of space, the refuge has plenty of visitor opportunities. Discover bison on the nine-mile nature drive, explore the great open space through an interconnected trail system, or even pack up your fishing poles for catch and release fishing. If you’re new to Colorado, stop by the Visitor Center inside the refuge to learn about some of the critters you may see during your visit.

6. Aurora Reservoir
