What to expect at Dry Dock's 14er Event

Celebrate Aurora’s oldest and most award-winning brewery during their anniversary party on Oct. 19.

Open for fourteen years; Dry Dock Brewing Company is hosting a 14er themed celebration complete with limited beer releases, rock walls, and so much more.

UNLIMITED BEER

Sip on beer brewed and distributed only in Colorado. Dry Dock has more than a dozen of well-loved beers on tap for you to try. During the event, there will be several specialized beer-style stations. Their pay-as-you-go system makes it easy to have a few glasses while still enjoying the celebration atmosphere. However, if you’re looking to enhance your experience, purchase the $35 Mt. Oxford ticket for unlimited tasters, commemorative tasting glass, and full-pours. Need a break from the craft beer? New this year, guests can enjoy Mysters – Dry Dock’s new hard seltzer.

LIVE MUSIC & FLASH TATTOOS

Enjoy your beers as you listen to Boot Gun, a rock-n-roll band that blends the sounds of gritty blues and alternative vibes. This three-man band hails from Colorado and is often spotted playing at local festivals. If you’re feeling spontaneous, Dry Dock will be offering $30 on-site tattoos. Choose from more than 100 designs or show your Aurora pride and select one of the 14 Dry Dock themed tattoos.

CLIMBING WALLS & MOUNTAINS

An ode to Colorado, climb your very own 14,000 ft. mountain at this year’s celebration. Bravely clip in and work your way to the top of two different rock walls. Don’t worry, it’s totally safe and can accommodate up to 12 climbers at a time. Weather depending, step outside and enjoy a bonfire complete with marshmallow-roasting and smores or play cornhole and other lawn games.

TASTY TREATS & EATS

Pair your beer with a handful of on-site food trucks during the event. Items from the food trucks aren’t included in general ticket pricing; However, guests can enjoy eats from StoKD Pizza, The Pasty Republic, and North of the Border. There will also be sweet treats from Ticklebelly Desserts only available in the VIP lounge.
