Havana BITES brings the Havana Street Night Market to life with bold, street-style flavors in craveable, grab-and-go bites, so you can taste more, explore more, and experience every corner of the market in one unforgettable night. Here’s how it works and how to make the most of it.

What is Havana Bites?

Havana BITES is the new “walk-and-sample” program at the Havana Street Night Market. It consists of smaller, snackable dishes from different vendors built for roaming the market all priced between $8-$12. Think skewers, dumplings, bao, elotes, sliders, stuffed buns, hand pies, grilled meats, empanadas, and street snacks from around the world. Not full entrées, just bold bites so you can try more, share more, and discover more.

How it Works

  1. Find the BITES badge. Look for the “Havana BITES” marker on vendor menus and signs. That icon = a snack‑size item made for walking.
  2. Grab 1–2 bites at a time. Bites are typically $8–$12. Order, stroll, repeat.
  3. Share and keep moving. Split with friends so you can sample a wider range of flavors.
  4. Repeat next month. Vendors rotate, so every market brings new bites to discover!

  • On-site: look for the Havana BITES badge on vendor boards
  • Online: We post the month’s lineup before each market at the end of this blog. 
  • Pro move: screenshot the lineup and plan your first lap around the market

Try Havana BITES throughout the season and turn your night market visits into a summer-long food adventure. Post a photo at the end of every month to be entered to win the monthly prize box, and automatically be entered to win a grand prize at the end of the summer.

  • Do I need to buy BITES to attend the night market
    • Nope, BITES is optional. It’s just the best way to sample widely. 
  • Are the same vendors there every month?
    • No, lineups rotate. Check the month’s roster before you come.
  • Are food trucks included? 
    • Yes. Trucks and tent vendors both offer BITES items.
  • Can I still get full meals? 
    • Yes. Many vendors offer full plates alongside BITES.
