First Thursday Twilight Shopping
When: November 4th
Where: Stanley Marketplace

Stop by the Stanley Marketplace to shop after hours and score exclusive deals! Twilight shopping happens on the first Thursday of every month and is a great opportunity to get the family out for a night. Visit Cheluna Brewing Company for an assortment of beer options while you’re there. Twilight shopping is a must, with different boutiques and small businesses open and on sale!

Annual Homebrew Competition
When: November 6th
WHERE: Dry Dock Brewing Company Barrel Room

This free annual event is open to the public and puts your homebrew skills to the test. Join along for some Dry Dock Brewery beers as they celebrate this year’s medal winners on November 6th. One lucky contestant will have their beer brewed and served by Dry Dock Brewing Company.

Veterans Day Celebration
When: November 10th
Where: Beck Recreation Center

Honor and recognize those who have served. From 9am-11am you can enjoy a free pancake breakfast, musical performance by the Denver Dolls, and shop the vendor fair.

Stanley Holiday Fashion Show
When: November 11th
Where: Stanley Marketplace

Stop by to see one or two Holiday fashion shows for free. At 5pm Factory Fashion’s Pre-show will take place, then at 6:30pm the Stanley Marketplace show will begin. These shows will be held in the common area right outside Logan House Coffee.

Light Their Way Home
WHEN: November 11th-13th
WHERE: Colorado Freedom Memorial

The 6th Annual Luminaria display with 6,218 glimmers of light, one for each Colorado veteran lost in action since Colorado became a state. The luminaria display will take place November 11-13th each evening from 5pm-8pm. Stop by and honor our veterans with this beautiful event.

Applewood Arts Festival
WHEN: November 12th & 13th
WHERE: Arapahoe County Fairgrounds

Top-quality artisans, cash giveaways, delicious food, and a meet and greet with Santa! This festival has it all, including fine art, handmade holiday decor and gifts, tasty food, clothing, vintage-inspired goods, and more. You can get in early and beat the lines by purchasing VIP tickets here or purchase general admission tickets here.

Sugar Plum Bazaar
WHEN: November 20th & 21st
WHERE: Stanley Marketplace

Support over 60 local Colorado artisans and get some holiday shopping checked off your list. The event will include unique handmade and vintage items. Perfect gifts for loved ones or even yourself!

Illuminate Aurora
WHEN: November 29th & 30th
WHERE: Del Mar Park & Springhill Park

Pick up your very own luminary set and light up the night in Aurora. Pick up on November 29th will be at Del Mar Park and pick up on the 30th will be at Springhill Park. Join the city as they illuminate Aurora and count down the days until they flip the switch on the holiday light celebration starting in December.

Gaylord Rockies Holiday Events
WHERE: Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

Already looking to crank up the Christmas music and decorate the tree? Starting November 19th, you can kick off the holiday festivities at Gaylord Rockies. Explore acres of twinkling lights, live shows, an outdoor winter wonderland, plenty of interactive activities for the entire family, and so much more!

Veterans Day

Veterans Day is November 11th, but you can honor our military veterans all month long by visiting the Colorado Freedom Memorial. The memorial provides a space of beauty and reverence where family and comrades can find peace in the memory of lost loved ones.

Mondo Market Thanksgiving Meals
WHERE: Mondo Market at Stanley Marketplace

Looking for an easy Thanksgiving meal you can just pop in the oven? Mondo Market offers meals for up to eight guests. You can enjoy favorites from sweet potatoes, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Make sure to book your meal early, the offer is only while supplies last.

Small Business Saturday

Small businesses are at the core of every thriving city. Get an early start on holiday shopping or treat yourself to a local handcrafted gift all month long. We encourage people to shop small the Saturday after Thanksgiving and bring more holiday shopping to small businesses all over Aurora.
