Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum has two new exhibitions - WWII and You, and the newly cast three-figure “Lest We Forget: The Mission” reproduction. This month, the United States commemorated the 75th Anniversary of the official end of World War II, and while “the war to end all wars” had finally come to an end, it left lasting effects on us today. Candy! Join the Arapahoe County Fair Grounds for a family-friendly event featuring a safe environment to celebrate Halloween. They will have an adult beer garden, trick or treating, food vendors, and a thriller dance mob. The event is free, but registration is required. Halloween isn’t the same without costumes! Wear your best costume as you drive-thru the Aurora Sports Park collecting treats from city departments and local businesses. Enjoy other costumed characters, music, and more.
Goblins and Ghouls, you are invited to join a Candy Crawl at the Town Center at Aurora. Come dressed in your best costume and ready to collect all your favorite treats. This free event will be trunk-or-treat style and feature a costume contest, best trunk contest, candy, and non-candy trunk-or-treating, DJ, and balloon twister.
