In Aurora, Stanley Marketplace, located at 2501 Dallas St., welcomed a new international eatery to their already stacked lineup. Qi-Lin is an Asian-inspired restaurant serving up pork belly buns alongside wok-style stir-fry and ramen dishes.
Qi-Lin is situated at the South Entrance of Stanley, next door to the Stanley Beer Hall. Open from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM for walk-in service; diners can slurp their ramen on the outdoor patio.
The menu includes starters, like Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Spinach Cheese Wontons, as well as imported IPAs and ales. Diners can choose from a variety of wok-dishes, including Chinese favorites Kung Pao Chicken, Twice-Cooked Pork, and Mongolian Beef.
As for ramen, the Tonkotsu is a creamy pork-based broth adorned with fishcakes, bok choy, bean sprouts, and more. Veggie ramen is also available and comes loaded with Chinese-style vegetables. Fried rice and noodle entrees are also featured on the menu.
Qi-Lin is the creation of Misaki owners (a sushi restaurant located just down the hall). With the soft opening only a few weeks ago, Qi-Lin plans to not only expand hours in the future but include Thai dishes if things go well.
Diners can call ahead to reserve a table or order food-to-go at 720-288-0011.
