Staffing and Concierge Service

Temporary Staffing Needs

If you are hosting your convention or event in Aurora or at a Visit Aurora partner hotel, please contact Heather Savoca to see if you qualify for complimentary temporary staffing hours. Visit Aurora works closely with our preferred temporary staffing vendor, A Hire Power. This includes registration, room monitor, bag stuffer, administrative support, cashiers, badge checkers, line attendants, directional assistance, greeters/floaters, ticket takers, info booth, lead retrieval, leads and supervisors and more.

On-Site Concierge Desk

Visit Aurora can provide an on-site concierge desk at your event to provide information on the local area. We will provide collateral to share with your attendees, or you can request collateral to include in attendee registration bags or have available at your registration desk.
