Aurora, Colorado comes alive with culture, food, and fun at one of the most highly anticipated events of the year!

Mark your calendars for June 14, 2025, as we celebrate the vibrant cultures that make our community so unique. This year, Global Fest will take place at the beautiful Aurora Municipal Center Great Lawn from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and promises an unforgettable experience for all ages.

A Day Full of Exciting Cultural Performances

At Global Fest, the world’s stage is right here in Aurora. Enjoy over 25 diverse cultural performances across two stages, showcasing everything from traditional dances to contemporary music. Get ready to be entertained by Mayra Alejandra, a stunning Selena tribute performer, along with vibrant acts from KonnectPop, Desi Caliente, the Colorado Ethiopian Community, Venezuela Raciente, Kalama Polynesian Dance, and Ballet Folklorico. No matter where you're from, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Join The Parade Of Nations

One of the most captivating highlights of Global Fest is the Parade of Nations. Watch as nearly 60 countries are represented by community members proudly carrying their flags in a procession across the Great Lawn. This colorful display of cultures will remind us of the unity found in diversity, bringing together people from every corner of the globe.

Global Flavors and International Fashion Show

If you’re a fan of great food, you won’t want to miss the Global Flavors Award Presentation, where the winners of the Global Flavors Competition will be announced. Be sure to stop by the International Marketplace, where over 20 vendors will showcase a variety of goods ranging from unique fashion and jewelry to handmade art and cultural items. For those with a flair for fashion, the International Fashion Show will spotlight traditional attire from cultures worldwide, so come dressed to impress!

Family-Friendly Fun for Everyone

Global Fest is all about bringing people together, including the whole family! There's no shortage of hands-on fun, from an exciting Selena look-alike contest to arts and crafts, face painting, and interactive art displays. Stop by Central Library’s World of Words: Local Authors event to support local authors and their works. The Aurora History Museum will be on hand to add even more cultural flair to the day.

And what’s a festival without great food? Global Fest features a wide array of food trucks offering flavors worldwide. Whether you’re in the mood for spicy Ethiopian dishes, savory Mexican fare, or sweet treats from across the globe, there’s something to satisfy every palate. With 20 food vendors, you can embark on a culinary adventure without ever leaving Aurora.
