Originally built as an Italian restaurant, this Spanish Colonial Revival building was later converted to residential use. The Italian Villa is associated with Dr. Henry Blank, a tuberculosis specialist, who lived in the house from 1934 to 1954. His wife continued to live in the home until 1982.
