The greens are large and fair, and the prairie-links course challenges and entertain all levels of golfers. Murphy Creek was ranked in Golf Digest's America's Top 10 Best New Courses for 2001. Murphy Creek was the site of the 2008 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship.
