Learn about his culinary experience, learn why he chose the meals he did, and watch this culinary masterpiece come to life. Each event is based on a different series, including; 'Destinations' such as Spain & Italy, 'Seasons' such as Summer & Autumn Harvest, and 'Inspirations' such as Embers & Time. Each dinner focuses on emphasizing and relating to the theme of the dinner.
