Fresh Take Cooking Class

Join Chef and Registered Dietitian Anita Bancroft, RD, CC, and other culinary educators for CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center’s in-person, hands-on cooking class, held biannually at the Wellness Center! Learn cooking techniques and seasonal recipes featuring a fusion between culinary arts and the science of nutrition in these fun and educational classes that will give you a Fresh Take on cooking and wellness. Come to cook, learn, and eat with us! After preparing the recipe, participants will enjoy their meal together at the center.
