Introductory Martial Arts Class: Karate at the Autism Community Store

Join the fun at an Introductory Martial Arts Class at the Autism Community Store. This karate class is led by Sensei Lena, who fell in love with karate when she started practicing it with her daughter in 2015. She enjoys that it takes focus, practice, and determination to learn and improve while also being a form of self-defense that can be learned at the individual's own pace. Now, you have the opportunity to learn from her!

This Karate class is for beginners and is adapted for neurodivergent children and adults, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individuals who require support must have a caregiver accompanying them for this activity.
