Join Rainbow Fitworks for an all-abilities class for teens and adults that will use circuit training to expend energy, build tolerance for changing environments, and improve breathing control. Exercise can increase independence, provide neuro-improvements (increase capacity to process more information), and help individuals identify mental and environmental stressors.
The class is led by Carlos Stevens, a personal trainer who has worked in the professional, corporate, and private fields and now wants to concentrate on serving the neurodivergent and autistic communities. He's into computers and coding and recently moved from the East Coast to the Denver area to pursue data science interests.
