Step aboard Route 15 for an unforgettable immersive theatre experience inspired by the people and stories of East Colfax.

Presented by Roshni Performing Arts Sanctuary as a production of the 6th Annual New American Arts Festival, Route 15 transforms an ordinary bus ride into an extraordinary journey through one of Colorado's most diverse communities. Guided by Moe, the Route 15 bus driver, audiences travel through a series of interconnected stories brought to life through theatre, dance, music, comedy, and multimedia performance.

Created in collaboration with community members, Route 15 features professional artists alongside participants whose lived experiences helped shape the production. Along the way, audiences encounter stories of immigrants, refugees, longtime residents, seniors, people with disabilities, and others whose voices are too often overlooked. Together, these stories celebrate resilience, cultural identity, belonging, and the shared humanity that connects us all.

More than a performance, Route 15 is an invitation to see East Colfax through a new perspective, one defined not by stereotypes, but by the strength, creativity, and diversity of the people who call it home.
