Sunrise Paddle + Sound Bath: Morning Meditation on the Water
When you arrive, you’ll grab coffee and light pastries before heading out for an open paddle session as the sun rises over the lake. Cruise around at your own pace, enjoy the quiet morning atmosphere, and take in the mountain views.
Next, settle onto your paddleboard for a guided floating sound bath, where calming sound bowls create a soothing experience across the water.
After the session, you’ll have more time to paddle, float, or relax lakeside with your group before heading out for the rest of your day feeling refreshed and recharged.
