WOW participants will receive the following:
Full access to the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center during the program
Access to its virtual coaching app, TrueCoach, during the program
Mindset techniques to overcome barriers
Encouragement and accountability in a safe environment

The series will meet every evening from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (for eight weeks) and begin with 30 minutes of classroom discussion, followed by 60 minutes of hands-on movement and structured training in the FIT Lab. Each week’s class will revisit principles from the previous week and incorporate new topics such as mindset, movement, and recovery to help support your goals.
