Learn essential techniques for menu planning, prepping, and cooking classic Autumn Holiday dishes alongside some global twists!

10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. – Pies
1:30- 4 p.m. – Accompaniments
5-8 p.m. – Entrées
Participants enrolled in two or more sessions will be provided a sampling menu of the dishes featured throughout the workshop, re-envisioned as leftovers of course!
