These strategic hires further strengthen Visit Aurora’s sales efforts as the destination continues to grow its footprint in the meetings and conventions industry. Glass and McDonald bring decades of combined experience in hospitality, meetings, and event sales, enhancing Visit Aurora’s ability to attract high-value group business to one of Colorado’s most dynamic and accessible destinations.

McDonald brings a strong background in hotel and destination sales, with a proven track record of securing and managing complex group business. Her experience working with national associations and corporate planners aligns with Visit Aurora’s strategic growth goals.
Glass joins the team with more than 18 years of experience in event planning and project management. Her expertise in program execution and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences for groups choosing Aurora.
