The Aurora Singers Present: The Bright Lights Of Broadway
Where: South Middle School
When: Beginning June - October

Light the footlights and raise the curtains! The Aurora Singers ends its 46th season with a tribute to New York City's famed Broadway, a special place that has showcased thousands of shows and produced some of our most memorable songs. They've saved the best for last with some of Broadway's greatest hits, including "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang", "Pippin", "Newsies", "Les Miserables", "Godspell" "Grease", "Jersey Boys", and "Singin' in the Rain" to name a few.

Havana Street Night Market
Where: 2710 S. Havana St.
When: June 17th, 5-9 pm

Expect a diverse mix of vendors from around the world, but with an even more electric vibe that will be perfect for your Saturday night fun. Enjoy some of the best food vendors in the area, like Seoul BBQ & Hot Pot, Tofu Story, Seoul Mandoo, and many others. Prepare to enjoy the sights, smells, and excitement of the most diverse pop-up market in the area.

Strange Natures Immersive Dance

Discover your place in a decaying world with Strange Natures, the immersive show that explores queer identity, pleasure, and the beauty of decay. Immerse yourself in a glittery, trash-filled journey with chaotic vignettes that challenge you to lean into our increasingly plastic future. Strange Natures invites you to find kinship with each other, with trash, and with an ever-evolving world. Don't miss out on a kaleidoscopic experience.

Rebel Marketplace

Make time to enjoy this unique neighborhood farmers market operating bi-monthly at Aurora's Del Mar Park. Featuring produce cultivated by community members and various local artist craft booths.

Southlands Sunset Market
Where: Southlands
When: June 15 AT 4:30 P.M.

The sweet scent of peaches mixed with the bitter aroma of freshly brewed coffee as the melodies of local musicians fills the air with energy. This calming scenery is common at Aurora's farmer's markets, where you can sample local honey, experience craft vendors, and street-style entertainment will be held throughout the day.

Park Lights And Movie Nights

Park Lights & Movie Nights are back to offer free family-friendly movies under the stars. Join the city of Aurora at various community parks in the early summer for a movie that will start at 7 p.m.

• Thursday, June 8 – “You’re killing me, Smalls!” (PG) at Cottonwood Park, 2600 Abilene St.

Air & Space Summer Camps
Where: Wings Over The Rockies Air & Space Museum
When: Starting June 6th

Get your student will be immersed in a week-long aerospace experience! These in-person camps cover STEAM-related subjects for elementary and middle schoolers. Take a trip to Mars, fly drones, learn about deep space travel, and a whole lot more!

Wildlife Rescue - An Augmented Reality Experience
Where: Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center
When: All Month

Take a virtual safari through Gaylord Rockies! Twelve endangered animals are hidden throughout the resort, and your help is needed to find them. Search for the tracking markers to find the hidden animals, learn facts about them, and see them come to life before your very eyes with the magic of augmented reality (AR)! This cool tech experience is fun for kids of all ages and affords photo opportunities with AR animals throughout the resort. A smartphone and free app download are necessary to enjoy this AR experience.

Every Thursday starting June 15th, enjoy live music on Town Square. You can also enjoy drinks, food, and dancing!

Film On The Field
Where: Stanley Marketplace
When: Starting June 24th

Stanley Marketplace and Visit Aurora are bringing back the beloved outdoor movie nights to the Field at Stanley. Don't miss iconic movies shown at dusk on a giant 28’ blow-up screen on the last Saturday of the month.

First Harvest Music Festival
Where: Delaney Community Farm
When: June 17th

This event is an opportunity for all to come together on our farm to show solidarity for our refugee neighbors and to recognize the work that takes place at DeLaney. Hosted by Jonny 5 of The Flobots, there will be performances from Colorado musicians: Snakes, members of the Flobots + friends, and Brothers of Brass as well as family-friendly activities and food trucks with global cuisine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and entertainment for all ages.

2023 Arts For A Better Tomorrow
Where: The Aurora Fox Arts Center
When: June 3rd, 7:30 pm

The Aurora Symphony Orchestra brings you a night of music to create a greater awareness of the need for positive alternatives for youth and the role that the arts can fill as one of these alternatives.

Rescue Puppy Yoga
Where: Stanley Marketplace
When: June 11th

Don't miss an all-level outdoor yoga class PLUS puppies on the West Lawn of Stanley Marketplace! Rescue Puppies & Yoga with Vibe Yoga & Wellness and Mile High Labrador Retriever Mission is back for another summer at Stanley Marketplace, starting Sunday, June 11 and returning every month on the 2nd Sunday at 9:30 AM through September. Bend, flow, and downward dog on the West Lawn during the donation-based yoga class alongside puppies available for adoption.

Pictures On The Plains

Bring a picnic, blankets and lawn chairs, and enjoy a movie under the stars. Concessions including Hot Dogs, Nachos, Popcorn, Chips, and Candy for sale.
